Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the use of MyCab Varkala's car rental services in and around Varkala.

1. Booking & Confirmation
  • Bookings must be made in advance via our website or verified partners.
  • Confirmation is sent via email/SMS after successful reservation.
2. Identification & Documentation
  • Valid government ID and driving license are mandatory.
  • Foreign tourists must present a passport and international driving permit.
3. Rental Period & Usage
  • Vehicles must be returned on time at the agreed location.
  • Usage is limited to Kerala unless prior approval is granted.
4. Payment & Refunds
  • Full payment is required before pickup.
  • Refunds (if any) are processed within 7 business days.
5. Cancellations
  • Free cancellations allowed up to 24 hours before pickup.
  • Late cancellations may attract a nominal fee.
6. Liability & Insurance
  • We are not liable for misuse of the vehicle.
  • Basic insurance is included; extended cover is optional.
7. Maintenance & Breakdown
  • All cars are serviced regularly.
  • Emergency support is provided within Varkala region.
8. Code of Conduct
  • Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • Respectful behavior towards staff and vehicles is expected.
9. Amendments
  • MyCab Varkala reserves the right to change terms without prior notice.
  • Updated terms will be posted here promptly.
